Lumberjack’s offers cabins, luxury cabins, and bunkrooms with air conditioning plus RV sites. The campground has tent sites with and without electricity.

Campground membership fee $10, valid for one year.

 This event is open to individuals as well as bear clubs!

Registration will be open Friday Sept 14 from 10-8 and Sat Sept 15 from 10-8 at the campground general office.  Lumberjack's does accept credit cards and debit cards for payment at the door.

More about Southeastern Bear Gathering

Each attendee will be given a wristband, which must be worn in order to access all events.  If the wristband is lost, a new one will have to be purchased at the cost of $20.  There will be 5 different contests that are open to all attendees:  Mr. SE Bear, Mr. SE Cub, Mr. SE Daddybear, a wet underwear contest, and a BIG Box contest.  Prizes will be awarded.  There will be after-hours fun in the Bears' Den (wink wink).   Also, there will be a Luau meal poolside, a meet and greet, lube wrestling and the first annual Headhunters Ball 2007 with DJ Airick. 

 The purpose of Southeastern Bear Gathering

We, as members of the Southern Bears, feel that there is a need for a regional bear gathering to promote unity, camaraderie and brotherhood among all bears, especially those located here in the southeast.  We feel that such a gathering will promote these ideals and hopefully foster closer relationships among the various bear organizations.

Friday, September 14

Registration open 10 AM - 8 PM at the Lumberjack's Office. Individuals must register and pay to attend ANY of the *events listed.

Free time to explore the campground and enjoy the pool.

*8 PM - 9:30 PM: Meet and Greet keg party w/hotdogs poolside for all attendees and introduction of our Sponsors and Guest

9 PM: The Lumberyard Bar opens.

*Midnight - 3 AM: After-Hours party at The Bears' Den.

Saturday, September 15

Registration open 10 AM - 8 PM at the Lumberjack's office.  Individuals must register and pay to attend ANY of the * events listed.

Breakfast and Lunch on your own

*1:30 PM: Pool Party starts with DJ Airick poolside

*2:30 PM: Wet Underwear and Biggest Box Contest poolside

*3:30 PM: Lube Wrestling poolside

*4 PM: Carolina Bear Lodge presents Big Kahuna Shooter party featuring the "uncut shooter"

*6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Headhunter Luau hosted by the Southern Bears of Atlanta poolside.

9 PM: The Lumberyard opens

*9 PM - 10 PM: Mr. Southeastern Bear, Bear Cub, and Daddy Bear Contest.

*11 PM – 2 AM: Headhunters Ball with DJ Airick

*Midnight - 3 AM: After-Hours Party at The Bears' Den.

Sunday, September 16

9:30 AM - 11 AM: Breakfast on your own at the Logger's Cafe.

9:30 AM – Noon:  Hugs and Goodbyes
